Catherine Dosin, 88, a life long Hastings-on-Hudson resident died March 23, 2012. She was born in Hastings to William and Josephine Bloomer. Catherine married Anthony Dosin in Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church in Yonkers in 1941. Mr. Dosin died in 1985. Catherine was a member of the Hastings Busy Bees and a member of the Zion Episcopal Church in Dobbs Ferry. In the Church, she was one of the founding members of the Thrift Shop and was a member of the Altar Guild. Most of all, Catherine had an unconditional love for her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all. Surviving are her children Richard Ann Dosin, Linda Stuart Atlas, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral service Tuesday 10:00 AM Zion Episcopal Church, 55 Cedar St., Dobbs Ferry.
