Gloria Esposito

Gloria Esposito passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 27th surrounded by her loving family. She was 91 years old. She was born in Brooklyn in 1923, married James Esposito in 1943 and moved to Ardsley, NY in 1952. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Those who knew and loved her will remember her sense of humor, fierce devotion to her friends and family, her big heart and gentle soul. She saw the best in people and always had a kind word to say. She was a lover of life and simply impossible to dislike; her smile lit up every room. She loved dancing, books, crocheting and bridge. She is survived by her five children James P. Esposito, JoAnn Hogan, Ellen Gallo, Tracy Q'Gara and Elizabeth Ellis and their spouses, 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, July 31st at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Irvington, NY.

Dear Ellen, So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I so enjoyed seeing her and speaking with her at the Senior's when I was visiting my Aunt. She was a special lady and I know she will be missed. May God give you all comfort at this painful time in your lives. Janet
