Joan P. McInerney, 85, of Dobbs Ferry, NY passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 18th. Daughter of Walter McKeon and Mathilde deNormande, she was born on March 20, 1929 in the Bronx, NY and resided in Dobbs Ferry for 56 years. Joan was the beloved wife of Donald L. McInerney who passed away on January 28, 2013 and mother of eight children: Jeffrey, Donna, Karen, Mark, Thomas, Douglas, Moira and Joshua wife, Ann. She was also a loving grandmother to: Jesse, Kayla, Shane, Brannon, Elise, Luke, Jacqueline, Brendan and Ryan. As well as a great grandmother to four children: Layla Rose, Raymond, Adriana and Trace. Visitation will be held from 2-4PM and 7-9PM on Wednesday, June 4th at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home 64 Ashford Ave., Dobbs Ferry. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 9:30AM on Thursday, June 5th, at Sacred Heart Church, Dobbs Ferry.
