Whitney N. Delhay, 28 of Dobbs Ferry died tragically on January 27, 2014. She was born in Bronxville, the daughter of Jeannie Delhay and the late Raymond Delhay. She is survived by her mother and brother Raymond. Cherished niece, granddaughter, cousin and friend. She will be missed.
