John A. Liberatore, 60 of Yonkers passed away on January 9, 2014. Born and raised in Yonkers, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Elizabeth Liberatore. John was a big part of Cedar Street Grill restaurant in Dobbs Ferry. He had a great sense of humor and a wonderful personality. John was known and loved by many. He is survived by sister Cathy Kay, nephews Matthew and Joseph and by aunts and uncles and many cousins. Mass of the Resurrection Monday 9:30am Church of the Sacred Heart, Dobbs Ferry. Visiting is Saturday evening 7-9pm and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm, Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes can be made in John's memory by random acts of kindness.
