Rosa Ramos, 88, of Port St. Lucie, Fl died peacefully on December 13, 2013. She was born in Honduras and lived in Yonkers before moving to Peekskill. She lived in Peekskill for many years before moving to Florida. Rosa is survived by her daughter Lizzette Alemany and son Orlando Ramos, grandchildren Janelle Rose Alemany, Nicholas Antonio Alemany, Orlando David Ramos, Kyle J. Ramos and Seth Ramos and great grandson Javed Enrique Gamero. She is also survived by her brother Reinaldo Rodriguez and sisters Nelly Mejia Morel, Mariana Rodriguez, Reimunda Rodriguez and Octaviana Rodriguez. Visiting Tuesday December 17, Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:00am. Entombment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
