Max A. Kempter, Jr., 85 a lifelong resident of White Plains passed away peacefully at White Plains Hospital Center on August 26, 2021. Max proudly served a career in the United Sates Air Force, reaching the rank of Master Sergeant, until his retirement in 2001. He was a man of devotion and grace. Max leaves behind a loving family who will deeply miss him.
