Balgley, Annabelle a 40 year resident of of Ardsley, NY died September 29, 2010.She was a member of the Greenburgh Hebrew Center and the Chabad of the Rivertowns. Loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by daughters Lynn Balgley, Gina Bruce Doynow, Jennifer James Wells, grandchildren David Cohen, Ben Wells and Hannah Wells, sister and brother in law Charlotte and Frank Fragakis, brother in law Howard Balgley and sister in law Paula Balgley.
