Bende Blok Molinari, a long time Dobbs Ferry resident died August 15, 2007 at her home. Mrs. Molinari was born in Denmark. As a young lady she worked as an Au pair in Europe for families that traveled through different countries. She later became a airline stewardess. Mrs. Molinari was widowed at a young age. She worked in New York City to support her children. But she never let her career interfere with being a mother. She had an unconditional love for her family and always put them first. Mrs. Molinari enjoyed living in Dobbs Ferry. One of her greatest enjoyments was working at the Water Wheel Inn in Ardsley for many years. Surviving are her children Theodore J. Molinari and his wife Mary Beth, Debra, Terri and Stephen. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren and one brother Frank Blok and one sister Gerd Karlsen.
