John A. Graney

John A. Graney a lifelong Dobbs Ferry resident died May 28, 2005 in Florida. He was born on May 14, 1917 in Dobbs Ferry, son of John Joseph and Emma MetaFrey Graney. John served in the Army during WWII and worked as a machinist at Anaconda in Hastings-on-Hudson. He moved to Florida in November of 2003. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law William and Elizabeth Graney of Palm Coast, Florida and his nieces Erin Mary Merline and Kerry Anne Sanner and nephew William Shawn Graney. He was predeceased by his sister and parents. Mass of the Resurrection Thursday June 16th, 9:30 am at the Sacred Heart Church in Dobbs Ferry. There are no calling hours.
