Kuay Mei Peng, known as Karen to many of her friends, died April 28, 2005 after a sudden illness. She was born May 7, 1946 in Taiwan, daughter of Chuan Lin Hsiao and Gin Mei Lai. She married Hung Chien Peng. Kuay Mei was a nurse and was currently working at Community Hospital in Dobbs Ferry. She is much beloved by her many friends and coworkers and will be greatly missed by all, especially by her husband Hung Chien Peng, sons Eric and Roger and brother Steve. Funeral service 10:00 am Sunday, Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. Visiting Saturday 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the funeral home. The burial will be in Kensico Cemetery.
