Ella Brundage Ruble Formerly of Dobbs Ferry, NY, and of late of Newtown, CT, died peacefully on April 4, 2005. She was the wife of the late Raymond Ruble, and the mother of two children and the grandmother of two grandchildren. She was born on September 19, 1915 in Beacon, NY and raised there amid an extended and loving family. Her love of young children extended to her many years of teaching Sunday school at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, and her commitment to children's education involved her and her late husband in many primary and secondary school issues. After moving to Dobbs Ferry, she had a long and successful career as a real estate broker at what was then Hudson Valley Realty. She is survived by her two children, Blair A. Ruble of Washington, D.C. and R.J. Ruble of Glen Cove, NY, and by her two grandchildren Emilie B. Ruble and Nelson S. Ruble, both of Glen Cove, NY.
