Michael Galeno, 97 of Dobbs Ferry died February 14, 2005. He was born on December 4, 1907 the son of Joseph and Marie Paterno Galeno in New York City where he was also educated. He was a plasterer and stone mason with Local 60 in the Bronx. He retired in 1969. He was predeceased by his wife Frances in 1994 whom he married in the Bronx in 1927. After his retirement he continued working in the landscaping business, something he truly enjoyed. He had an affinity for story telling and enjoyed being with family and friends. He is survived by his sons Daniel of Dobbs Ferry and Joseph of Greenburgh , 6 Grandchildren 9 Great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter-in-law Carolyn in 1984 and two brothers Joseph and Anthony. Mass of the Resurrection Friday 9:30AM Church of the Sacred Heart, Dobbs Ferry.
