Brian Ronta Alston was born in Durham, NC on July 28, 1987 to parents Wanda Alston Higgins and the late David Green, Sr. His Earthly Journey ended on Friday, July, 29, 2022 in Durham, North Carolina.

Brian was educated in the Durham Public School System and was employed at Hope Valley Country Club.

Knowing that Jesus Christ was the Son of God, Brian displayed a strong Love for Family and embraced Friendships. He leaves behind a collective of Loved Ones to cherish a Lifetime’s Memories and times shared.

Brian was a doting Father to his daughter, Brianna Alston (mother, Shakeema) and son, Khalil Green (mother, Precious), both of Durham, NC. Brian along with his mother and children leaves behind three brothers: Ricky Alston, Antonio Alston and, David Green, Jr,; a devoted Step-Father, William Higgins, all of Durham, NC.

Also cherishing the Life of Brian are his Maternal Grandparents; Terry Alston and Chester Harris both of Durham, NC; honorary grandfather, Dwight Walker of Durham, NC; aunts, Annette Lyon (Cecil), Sonya Watson, Latasha Walker and Tenal Alston all of North Carolina; uncles, Ralph Alston, Jr of Cleveland, Ohio, Algie Walker, Marcus Walker all of North Carolina and, Eric Walker of Pennsylvania; honorary uncles, Derwin Hamilton and Carl Johnson; great uncles, Herbert Payden and Sylvester Harris both of North Carolina; nephews, Jordan, Aziyah and Se’Karri; nieces, Diamond, Tyasia, Honestee and, Anajah alll of NC. He also leaves behind his best friend, DeAntonio Rhodes of Durham; special friend, Cora “Coco” Bailey of Durham; special cousins, Annette McKnight, Mary Shephard, Barbara Harris, Deborah Harris and, Dorothy Ragland. Godmothers: Pamela Jones, Diana Rhodes and Nikitta Jones. Brian was loved by a host of cousins and extended family and friends throughout North Carolina, Ohio and Michigan.
