Leatha Ann Fowler aka Ann was born in Cincinnati Ohio January 14, 1946 to the late Eugene Hamilton and Helen Hill. Ann departed this life peacefully on July 18th, 2022.<br><br>Ann was a native resident of Winton Terrence (Brick City) for over 30 years mentoring and nurturing all the kids in the neighborhood. If you ever needed a place to rest, hot delicious meal or even a babysitter you knew you could always count on Ann to help you out.<br><br>Ann was one who never bit her tongue she always spoke what was on her mind even if it was a little direct.<br><br>Ann was employed by Mayerson Jewish Community Center for 20 plus years as the Head Cook for the Meals On Wheels Program . She took an early retirement to take in and care for her sister.<br><br>In her later years Ann enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family, barbecuing, bingo and the penny slot machine. If you ever were looking for her especially on a weekend night you could find her at one of these places.<br><br>Ann leaves to cherish her precious memories; her siblings, Mary E. Phelps and Eugene Hamilton; her children, Mary Fowler (Robert) Michael Fowler, Theresann Fowler, Delores McQueen (Vince); her cat, Pepsi; grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many more lives she touched along the way.<br><br>She is preceded in death by her two children Timothy and Anthony Fowler, her Grandson Jomar Harris (Nuke) and her baby brother, James Hill.
