She was born on February 22, 1974 in Columbia, Missouri; a daughter of George Murphy and Mary Katherine Carlos. She was united in marriage to Terry Hill on October 18, 2008.</p> <p style="font-size: 16pt; margin: 0;"> </p> <p style="font-size: 16pt; margin: 0;">Tanya loved all things outdoors including camping, hiking, gardening or just watching birds. She loved plants in her garden and enjoyed the summer months when her sunflowers would be in full bloom. In her spare time she also enjoyed thrift store shopping, crafting and listening to music.</p> <p style="font-size: 16pt; margin: 0;"> </p> <p style="font-size: 16pt; margin: 0;">Tanya is survived by her husband, Terry Hill; sons Josh Bruce of Columbia, Jacob Bruce of Columbia; a daughter, Kelsey Touchton and granddaughter Scarlett of Columbia; step-sons Justin Hill of Rolla, Austin Hill of Springfield, Jason Hill of Rolla; step-daughters Kylee Hill of Arizona, Breanna Hill of Arkansas and a sister, Della Hudnell of Columbia and many grandchildren.
