His Legacy… Melvin “Deano” Dean Helms, 64, passed away July 30, 2022.  He was born on May 17, 1958, in Ypsilanti, Michigan to Everett Joseph Helms and Frieda Keller. Melvin worked as a carpenter.

His Family… Melvin is survived by his siblings, Cheryl Prasol, Darlene Russell (Tony Szegda), Judy Stringham (Dennis); and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Thomas Lanoye.
