Brian Keith Sparks, 54 of Winchester, KY passed July 29, 2022 at Clark Regional Medical Center. He was born July 24, 1968 in Lexington, KY to Anna Mae (Thompson) and James Wallingingford Lail II. He is survived by his wife, Sandy Sparks. His daughter Emma Grace Sparks (September 12 th 2005), his bonus son Weston Keith Lamb (November 2nd, 2000). His Mother, Anna (Thompson) Kerby, His father James Wallingford Lail II and his bonus dad, Nolan Kerby. His brother, “Jimmy” James Wallingford Lail III. His sister, “Mickey” Anna Michelle Broome. His Sister Kimberly Sparks. His sister Stephanie Johnson. His brother Stanley Johnson. Nieces Savannah Simpson & Brooklynn Simpson, nephew Joseph Simpson, great niece Violet Rae and COUNTLESS Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. He is proceeded in death by his biological father, Tommy Sparks He had 5 siblings James Wallingford Lail (the second), (MICKEY) Anna Michelle (Lail) Broome, Stephanie Johnson, Stanley Johnson and Kimberly Sparks. His wife Sandy Sparks and him were married in Gatlinburg, Tennessee surrounded by their closest loved ones. He was a Mason by trade for 30 plus years and was extremely proud of his work. Although born in Kentucky Brian loved the water, especially the ocean and lived in Florida for many years. He loved fishing, boating, or any activity that involved Sunshine and water. He loved cars, especially flashy ones. He had countless Firebirds, Mustangs and Camaros. Brian was a huge Family Man. Family meant everything to him. His biggest accomplishment was settling down with Sandy and having the daughter he had ALWAYS dreamt of Emma Grace. She was his absolute pride and joy. Brian was a character with a one of a kind sense of humor. His stories could have people grinning ear to ear, rolling in the floor, the kind of laughing complete with tears rolling down their faces sometimes inaudibly able to breath. He never met a stranger and would give the shirt off his back or the last dollar to his name to anyone, at any time & any place.
