Patricia Ann Chodzinski Obituary

Patricia Ann Chodzinski, 76, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022, in Winter Haven, FL.  Patricia was born in South Bend, IN on October 20, 1945, to the late Gustav Zima and Sylvery (Kielton) Barrett.  On May 5, 1990, she married Daniel Chodzinski who survives.  Also surviving are her children, Christopher (Melanie) Juhas and Kelly Juhas; grandchildren, Joshua Juhas, Ryan Juhas and Jennifer Ann Keb; great grandchildren, Harlie Ann and Jaxon Payne and Bentley Theoden Blaze; brothers, Alan Zima, Jerry Barrett and Kim Barrett.  She is preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Rudolph Barrett. 

Patricia worked for 1st Source Bank in South Bend for 28 years until her retirement.  She was a member of the Christ Child Society, volunteer at Ronald McDonald House, and a volunteer for the “Night of the Stars” with American Cancer Society.  She was a parishioner of St. Bavo Catholic Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister.

Visitation will be 4 pm-8 pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, IN.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 am, Thursday, August 18, 2022, at St. Bavo Catholic Church, 511 W. 7th Street, Mishawaka with Father Pete Pacini CSC officiating.  Patricia will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Cemetery in South Bend, IN.
