Walter Alfred Sedelow, JR the son of Walter Alfred Sedelow, SR and Una M. Roberts Sedelow was born in Ludlow, Massachusetts on April 17, 1928 and passed away in Heber Springs, Arkansas on July 28, 2022 at the age of 94 years. He served in the United States Airforce in Korea.
He is survived by his wife Sally Ann Yeates Sedelow of Heber Springs.
Walter was a member of The Cosmos Club of Washington, D.C,, The Capitol Club of Little Rock, Arkansas, Red Apple Country Club of Eden Isle, Arkansas.
He was a member of Association for Coumputing Machinery, American Society for Information Science, American Sociological Association, Fellow, American Association for the Advancement of Science, Association for Computational Linguistics, Society for Computer Psychology, (SCiP), American Historical Association, Association for Canadian Studies in the United States (ACSUS) and International Society for Knowledge Organization (ISKO).
