Jan A. Holland

Jan A. Holland, 69, of Middletown, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born in Middletown on September 19, 1952 to parents, Chester and Martha (Ross) Buvinger. Jan had worked as a support staff member for Access Counseling, retiring in 2019 after seven years of service. Prior to Access Counseling, Jan worked 21 years with Pastoral and Comprehensive Counseling Services. Jan is survived by her son, Scott Blanton; daughter, Dawn (Robert Morgan) Faulkner; four grandchildren, Dustin Lowman, Kevin Zace, Sarah Zace & Brent Everhart; a great grandson, Grayden Lowman; and several other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Holland; her parents; and a brother, John "Jack" Buvinger. Funeral Service will be Monday, August 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.) Middletown with Reverend James Woolery officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Amyloidosis Support Groups, 232 Orchard Dr., Wood Dale, IL 60191.
