Thomas S. Wheeler

<p>Wolfeboro, NH&nbsp;</p> <p>Thomas S. Wheeler, 70, of Wolfeboro, NH, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Monday July 25, 2022, at his home. Born in Manchester, NH, on March 14, 1952, he was the son of Bernice (McLeod) Wheeler and Thomas Wheeler. He graduated from Manchester High School West, Class of 1970, where he was an avid athlete, then went on to Keene State College where he met the love of his life, Diane (Brunton) Wheeler.&nbsp;</p> <p>Tom and Diane have resided in Wolfeboro since 1986. For many years, Tom worked as a teacher at Kingswood Regional Middle School and most recently was enjoying his retirement, spending winters renovating his Florida residence and befriending wild birds.&nbsp;</p> <p>Tom will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, whose family was the center of his life. You could spot him just before sunrise, heading to help make coffee or have a chat at a local store.&nbsp; An avid mechanic and handyman throughout his life, Tom prided himself on sharing those gifts with others, whether it was teaching students how to set off a model rocket or helping a friend with a home repair or oil change. Tom always put others&rsquo; needs before his own.&nbsp;</p> <p>He was married forty-nine years to Diane. Family members include daughter, Beth (Wheeler) Lynch and her husband, Daniel, of Conshohocken, PA; two grandchildren, Nora and Danny; his sister, Janis Johnson and her husband, Erlo, of Manchester; his brother, Scott A. Wheeler and his wife, Cynthia, of Manchester; many nieces and nephews.&nbsp;</p> <p>Calling hours will be held Sunday, July 31 from 3-5PM in the Lord Funeral Home, 23 Club Lane Wolfeboro, NH 03894.</p>

Thomas S. Wheeler, 70, of Wolfeboro, NH, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Monday July 25, 2022, at his home.
