Lewis A. “Chuck” D’Orazio, 81, passed away on July 26, 2022. Born in the Bronx, NY., he married Celine and moved to North Haledon. He had served honorably in the Army. Chuck was a self-employed hairdresser and a professional trumpet player. He was a former member of the North Haledon Seniors and currently was a member of the Fair lawn Seniors and a member of the musician’s union of Paterson, NJ. He was currently a parishioner of St. Paul’s RC Church of Prospect Park, NJ<br><br>Chuck was the beloved husband of Celine Behnke. Devoted father of Gina D'Orazio and Gia D’Orazio. Loving grandfather of Caleb D’Orazio Ott and Christopher Heffner. Uncle of Lou Ann Demarest and her husband Peter.<br><br>Visitation will be held on Thursday July 28, 2022 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Rd., Franklin Lakes, NJ, 07417. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pauls RC Church, 286 Haledon Ave. Prospect Park NJ.
