<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Betty Sue Wilkerson</p> <p>February 28, 1951 - July 25, 2022 (Age 71)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Betty Sue Wilkerson of Seaford, Delaware,&nbsp; surrounded by her family at home, was peacefully called by the Lord and entered the gates of Heaven on Monday, July 25, 2022.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Betty was born in Lumberton, NC on February 28, 1951 to the late James Prinice&nbsp;and Foneva Louise Stephens.&nbsp; In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings; Jimmy Stephens, William Stephens, and Brenda Pittman.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She is survived by her husband and best friend of 48 years, Terry Wilkerson (Honey Lynn); daughter Tonya and her husband, Brian Peterson of Bridgeville, DE; daughter Toni and her husband, Matthew (LeeRoy Jones) Taylor of Seaford, DE.&nbsp; Also surviving are grandchildren Erik Peterson, Evan Peterson, Alyssa Taylor, Emily Peterson, and Payton Taylor; great-granddaughter Paisley Peterson; her brother Kenneth Stephens; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She enjoyed camping (especially their&nbsp;trip cross-country), the mountains, her Grand-dog Snoopy, and anything and everything involving her family.&nbsp; Betty will always be remembered for her spunky personality and how she loved unconditionally.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A special thank you to Delaware Hospice for their care during this difficult time.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 29 at 2:00 PM at Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley Street, Seaford, DE, where friends may call from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.&nbsp; Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Seaford, DE.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Terry, I’m so sorry to hear of Betty’s passing. Just saw it on FB. We loved meeting you and Betty in Grand Ole Opry RV park. We will hold these memories close in our heart until we see Betty again. You are in our prayers. 💕
