Phyllis S. DellaCamera

Phyllis Saturno DellaCamera of Branford died Monday July 25, 2022 at Branford Hills Health Care Center. She was the beloved wife of Alfred DellaCamera of Branford. Phyllis was born in New Haven March 25, 1936, daughter of the late Pasquale and Pasqualina DeFrancesco Saturno. She was a lifelong resident of Branford and a graduate of Branford High School. She worked in the Naturalization office at the U. S. Federal Court in New Haven for many years, until retiring, she then worked at Branford Hills Health Care Center until retiring. She was a wonderful, friendly woman who enjoyed traveling, shopping and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her. Besides Fred, she is survived by her sons, Frederick and John DellaCamera, both of Branford; her granddaughters, Jessica, Juliana and Elaina; her brother Pasquale Saturno, Jr. of Branford and her sister Rose DeMartino of Branford. She was predeceased by her son Richard DellaCamera and her brother Salvatore Saturno. Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday morning at 10:00 at St. John Bosco Parish in St. Mary Church, 731 Main Street, Branford. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Branford. THERE ARE NO CALLING HOURS.
