Jeffrey "Jeff" O'Neal Taylor Obituary

Fountain Inn, SC Jeffery “Jeff” O’Neil Taylor, 60, husband of Cynthia Feddersen Taylor, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022. Jeff was born on December 22, 1961, a son of Margie McCutchen Taylor and the late Willian Monroe Taylor. He grew up in Andrews and graduated Andrews High School. Jeff loved and admired his family. He treasured his sons and grandchildren. Once you were a friend of Jeff’s, you were a friend forever. Jeff’s best friend in life was Allen Altman. When these two got together the stories were abundant and the laughter echoed. Jeff enjoyed coaching young athletes with the Georgetown county baseball. Many years later he would see a player and he was still “coach.” He was an avid Gamecock fan, football, baseball, basketball it didn’t make a difference. Jeff could watch You Tube videos for hours. You could hear laughter in the middle of the night. He loved the Lord, and would listen to music by The Gathers, The Crabb family and David Phelps for hours. Predeceased by: his father, William Monroe Taylor; his mother-in-law, Gloria (Petersen) Feddersen; a brother-in-law, Michael Eugene Feddersen; a sister-in-law, Cynthia (Larson) Feddersen, all of Denison, Iowa. He is survived by his wife of Fountain Inn; two children, Bradley and Kyle Taylor, three grandchildren, Blake, Paxten and Sophie Claire, a brother, James “Jimmy” Taylor (Gayle); and a sister, Barbara McCants (Ron), his father-in-law, John Feddersen, from Denison, Iowa; two sister-in-laws, Connie (Fedderson) Andersen, from Earling, Iowa, Coleen (Feddersen) Trujillo, from Council Bluffs, Iowa; a brother-in-law, John M. Feddersen, from Denison Iowa; Jeff also has many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral Services will be eleven o’clock Tuesday July 26, 2022, at Andrews First Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Dean Baber and the Rev. Ron McCants. Burial will follow in Andrews Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the Church Sanctuary from ten until eleven o’clock. Please sign a guest book at: www.mayerfuneralhome.com.
