<p>Dr. David (Scott) Bakunas, DC, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at his Creve Coeur, Missouri residence at the age of 57 years, 4 months, and 1 days.</p><p><br></p><p>Scott was born on February 27, 1965 in Creve Coeur, Missouri to the late David and Ruth Bakunas.</p><p><br></p><p>Scott is survived by his sons: Jacob and Weston, and his brothers: Keith and Mark. </p><p><br></p><p>Scott attended Parkway Central Senior High School, graduating in 1983. Scott graduated from Logan College Of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO in 1991 then, providing Chiropractic health care services to the communities of Greater St. Louis.</p><p><br></p><p>Scott's passion and skill for the game of hockey provided Scott with the opportunity to play and/or coach for many hockey organizations and teams; including, Creve Coeur Youth Hockey, Parkway Central High School, University Colorado Boulder and Logan University. </p><p><br></p><p>A memorial service will be held at a later date. </p><p><br></p><p>Flameless Cremation services provided by Hughes Funeral Alternatives, LLC in St. Louis, Missouri </p><p><br></p><p>Family and friends can sign the family's online guestbook at www.HughesFuneralAlternatives.com</p>
