Kristy Woodlief Honaker, 51 years old passed away at Maria Parham Hospital on Sunday morning on July 10, 2022 at 7:15am. She loved the Lord and her family so much, and throughout the past few years with her sickness she wasn’t able to do very much or go to the beach, which was her favorite place. She retired from Murdoch in 2013 where she took care of patients and worked for Granville County Schools as a Teacher Assistant for many years! She was a member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church in Henderson, NC.

She is survived by her mother Joan Clayton Woodlief, and her father Wade Woodlief (Shirley), her daughter Kristen Kay Honaker(Clay), and other family members. She is proceeded in death by her step father Cecil Adcock. If you ever got to meet Kristy you were truly blessed. She was the sweetest person and always was trying to have a good time even if she was in pain. She will be greatly loved and missed by everyone.

There will be a funeral service held by Pastor Jamie Elliott on Friday July 15th, 2022 at 2pm located at 961 Burr St. Henderson, NC 27536 (GRACE Ministries). The family will receive visitors from 12:30pm - 2:00pm right before the service.
