Patricia A. Chamberlain
Patricia A. Chamberlain, 84, entered into rest Friday July 8, 2022 at Wellspan York Hospital. She was the wife of Donald J. Chamberlain for 63 years. A visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Church 231 S. Beaver St. followed immediately by a Mass of Christian Burial with Rev. John Bateman as celebrant. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., East York, is assisting with the arrangements. Pat was born September 4, 1937 in Hanover, a daughter of the late Henry and Marguerite (Becker) Rang. She was a 1955 graduate of Delone Catholic Senior High School. She was a member of St. Patrick Church. Pat raised four daughters and later in life worked part-time at Randolph Park Pharmacy and Dauphin Deposit Bank. After retirement she traveled with her husband across the country and abroad. But her favorite places were Worlds End State Park, Stone Harbor NJ and Cape Coral FL. Patsy was an avid fan of Penn State and Baltimore Ravens football. She will be remembered for her infectious smile, love for life and ability to make new friends wherever she went. A special thanks to the nurses at York Hospital 5 South, especially those who came to visit on their personal time. You went above and beyond to treat our mom with love and respect. We will be forever grateful for your kindness. Patricia is survived by her husband; daughters Bonnie J. Blankenstein and her husband Phil, Wendy J. Gouker, Susan L. Hager and her husband Jim, Beth A. Geraci and her husband Dominic; grandchildren Ryan Blankenstein and his wife Erin, Kevin Blankenstein and his fiance Virginia Snyder, Alaina J. Einsig, Donald Selegrath and his wife Jennifer, Erik Selegrath; 3 great-grandchildren. She was one of 6 children and is survived by a sister Geraldine "Babe" Musselman; nieces, nephews, and loving extended family. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to York County SPCA.September 4, 1937 - July 8, 202209/04/193707/08/2022
