<p>Brandon Michael Nutter, 28, of Fredericksburg passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022. He was born on December 2, 1993 in Fairfax, Virginia. He later moved to Fredericksburg in 2005.</p> <p>Brandon attended Chancellor High School and continued his education at Universal Technical Institute in Orlando, Florida earning his technical degree. Brandon spent 10 years of his career at Washington Gas, diligently continuing his education with multiple certifications, safety courses and ultimately earning his Certification as a Certified Master Mechanic.</p> <p>Brandon was extremely adventurous and spontaneous. He loved being out on his boat, camping, and four wheeling. His idea of a perfect afternoon would include cold beer, crabs and his loved ones. Brandon loved socializing and meeting new people and could talk to anyone, especially if they both had a beer in their hand. Brandon had a unique, peaceful presence. He was extremely easy going and always lived in the moment.&nbsp;</p> <p>Brandon met the love of his life, Chelsy Manning, in 2019 and proposed in 2021. Brandon and Chelsy were two peas in a pod. Similar outlooks on life, similar interests and a love that was contagious to anyone that was in their presence. They were due to get married in May of 2023.</p> <p>Brandon is survived by his fianc&eacute;, Chelsy Manning; his two canine children, Molly and Clyde; his father, Erik Nutter; his mother, Ann-Marie Jewell; his stepfather of 27 years, Ralph Jewell; his brothers, Stephen C. Nutter (Lauren), Kyle Davidson, Matthew Nutter, and Allen Jewell; sister Jenny Bignell; three nephews Stephen C. Nutter, Jr., Brock Nutter, and JJ George; and a very large family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.&nbsp;</p> <p>A memorial service will be held at 11 am&nbsp;on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Spotswood Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be private.</p> <p>Losing Brandon is a tragedy for all of those who knew and loved him. He will be missed deeply. We promise to live on in spirit with his motto, &ldquo;Work hard. Have fun. And Party On!&rdquo;</p>
