Michael Barry Hayes

Michael Barry Hayes, 67, of Carol Stream, IL passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022. He was born on June 11, 1955 in Xenia, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ross Hayes and Patricia (Louden) Hayes; his wife Connie (Moran) Hayes; and his brother Bruce Hayes. Michael was a well respected and talented graphic designer. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University. He spent over 23 years as Manager, Art Direction & Production at the American Academy Pediatrics. Since 2020 he served as Senior Partner & Creative Director of BuendiaHayesDesigns LLC. He is survived by: his daughters Heather (Ryan) Stob and Emily Hayes; his adored granddaughters Norah Stob and Scarlett Stob; his brothers, David, Todd, Chris and Curtis Hayes; and many nieces and nephews. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his charismatic spirit will never be forgotten as he was everything to his family. No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. Michael was an extraordinary colleague and friend, generous and kind. His joyous spirit was contagious - one couldn't help but smile when with him. Our deepest condolences to Heather, Ryan, Emily and Norah and Scarlett on this tremendous loss.
