Christopher James Clarke

Christopher James Clarke, 58, of Plymouth, died July 2, 2022, at his home surrounded by family, after a courageous fight with pancreatic cancer.<br><br>Born in Springfield, Massachusetts on October 21, 1963, he was the son of the late Deacon Dr. Christopher Robert, and Eileen G. (Lyons) Clarke.<br><br>Christopher has been a resident of Plymouth since August of 1975 and graduated from Plymouth AREA High School, class of 1981.<br><br>Christopher owned and operated several businesses in the Plymouth area. He last worked as a Driver for Coastal Forest Products, in Bow, NH.<br><br>Chris loved the sport of golf, car racing, and building engines. Chris maintained a shop in Rumney, NH where he spent most of his free time working with friends and supporting local racers.<br><br>Christopher is survived by his wife, Rebecca J. (Heitz) Clarke of Plymouth, his daughter, Cali D. Clarke, and son Christopher S. Clarke, both of Campton, daughter, Stephanie L. Keenan of Swanzey, NH., son Christopher M. Heitz of New Boston, NH., five grandchildren, his mother Eileen G. Clarke of Plymouth, his brother, Steven A. Clarke of Tucson, AZ., his sisters, Deborah A. Tivey of New Hampton, NH., Eileen M. Deris of Bedford, NH., Jo Ann Robichaud of Sandown, NH., numerous nieces and nephews. <br><br>Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St., Plymouth on Thursday, July 7th from 5pm to 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Trinity Parish, St. Matthews Church, School St., Plymouth on Friday, July 8th, at 1pm. The Rev. Mark Dollard, pastor, will be the celebrant.
