Sara Irene Ridgeway

MANNING – Sara Irene Ridgeway, 89, died Monday, July 4, 2022, at McLeod Health Clarendon. Born September 7, 1932, in the Jordan Community of Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late Joel Luke Ridgeway and the late Lena Rawlinson Ridgeway. She was a retired registered nurse for Clarendon Memorial Hospital with 40 years of service and a member of New Covenant Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her sister, Betty Jo Cole of Manning; a number of cousins and many close friends; she was gracefully accepted by the Cole Family and was very devoted to them. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Jordan United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Marty Hodge officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service.
