Ralph Harlow Frasure

Ralph Frasure, age 60 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 in Allen, Kentucky. He was born May 17, 1962 in Wabash, Indiana to Emma Jean Marshall Frasure of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & the late Kelly Frasure. He was the husband of Clearnce Prater Frasure. They were married for 42 years. He was the Captain of Prestonsburg City Police & School Resource Officer at Prestonsburg High School. Along with his wife and mother he is survived by Sons: Ralph Kelly Frasure & Robert Clarence Frasure both of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Daughter: Stacy (Mike) McGuire of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Grandchildren: James McGuire, Nathaniel McGuire, Landon McGuire & Kaden McGuire; Brother: Jimmy Ray Frasure of North Manchester, Indiana; Niece & Nephew: Amber & Cody. Along with his father he was preceded in death by his Sister: Shirley McGuire. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Visitation will begin Monday, July 4, 2022 at 6pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and will continue all day Tuesday Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 1pm at the Mountain Arts Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky with Randy Woods officiating Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
