Iva Outt, 88 of Riverton, KS passed from this life on Friday, July 1, 2022 at Quaker Hill Manor surrounded by her loved ones. Iva Jo was born January 4, 1934 in Leoti, Kansas to Floyd Hall Sr. and Ethel (Rogers) Hall. She was the last of nine siblings which included Jiggs (Floyd Jr.), Doogie (Virgil), Corky (Carl), Billy, Gladys Kitch Fancher and Nadine Mitchell who all preceded her in death. In addition, was Lawrence and Juanita who passed as young children. She attended Lowell and Riverton Schools. She married at age 16 to Lester (Sonny) Barnes. He died in 1965. She then married Frank Outt in 1968. Frank also preceded her in death. She worked at LaBarge in Joplin for many years, and attended Apostolic Faith Church. Surviving are Connie Seitz and John, Dwight Barnes and Vicki, Steven Barnes and Susie and Sherie Barnes; along with 10 grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel. Burial will follow in the Lowell Cemetery. Mike Huffman will officiate the services. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m., until service time on Wednesday. Pallbearers for the service are Danny Hall, Gary Neal, Justin Barnes, Tony Barnes, Cliff Town, Jimmy Huffman.
