Mildred Abney was born February 22, 1926 to her parents, Logan and Jessie Abney, in Newark, New Jersey. She had three siblings: Senior, Robert and Jack, all of whom preceded her in death. Mildred departed this life on June 26, 2022. She was 96 years old. Mildred lived a long and great life. She worked for the same company for 55 years before it closed its doors. Mildred never married or had children of her own, but she was loved and will be greatly missed.
