Nancy G Moland passed away June 24th at Oceanside Center in Hampton after a long decline of health. She was born November 13th 1947. She was born in Exeter NH. Nancy grew up with her family and raised her daughter in Raymond. She lived in Epping for 16 years before going into Oceanside. She owned Nan's Beauty Salon from 1970 thru 1990. She was a hard worker and alongside running her salon she worked at Gemini Value in Raymond for 20 years and Walmart for 8 years. She also helped out during the busy season at What's your Occasion Florist Shop in Raymond in the early 90's. She started her career as a Cosmetologist at Leavitt's Department Store in Manchester, NH. She graduated from Raymond High School in 1966 and Portsmouth Beauty school in 1967. She was predeceased by her father and mother Arthur and Grace Rollins and her sister Shirley Rollins. She is survived by her daughter Tracy Hines, son-n-law Stephen Hines and grandson Derek Hines of Fremont. Her brother Arthur (Bud) Rollins and sister-n -law Donna Rollins of Raymond and several nieces and nephews. Nancy enjoyed spending time outdoors at the ocean or up in the mountains. A couple of her favorite spots were Chocorua Lake and Pawtuckaway Lake. Her favorite time was the fall. Every year she loved to go to the Highland Games in Lincoln and the Deerfield Fair. You could sometimes find Nancy cutting flowers in her daughters yard or alongside the road. She enjoyed going to museums and learning about history and genealogy. She enjoyed cross country and downhill skiing and always talked about ice skating on the Lamprey river growing up. She truly loved connecting and spending time with her salon clients over the years. A private celebration of life memorial will be held sometime in the Fall. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Live and Let Live Farm in Chichester NH.
