Raymond “Ray” Harris Jr., age 60, of Tunnel Hill, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at the residence of his mom. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Seth Harris, Sr.; brother, Jeffrey Alan Harris, Sr.; ex-wife, Rhonda Harris. Ray was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He is survived by his mother, Genieve “Jenny” Harris of Tunnel Hill; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Paul Rymer of Cleveland, TN; nieces and nephews, Amanda Reece, Cherie Rymer, Jeffery Harris, Jr., Jeremy Paul Rymer, Adrian Rymer, Eric Rogers. Great nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Julian Peeples Funeral Home Rocky Face Chapel with pastor Mark Atkins officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery.
