Alice B. Shepherd
Alice B. Shepherd of Kintnersville, PA passed away at her residence surrounded by her family on Friday, June 24, 2022.<br> <br>Born in Glenside, PA to the late Albert and Alice (Gaynor) Beck, Alice resided in Glenside, PA before moving to Kintnersville, PA 27 years ago.<br> <br>She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science and a Master’s of Science degrees in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University. Alice was formerly employed as a Registered Nurse at Holy Redeemer Hospital of Meadowbrook, Nursing Unit Manager at Grand View Hospital of Sellersville, and Registered Nurse at Doylestown Hospital. She was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She was a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Alice enjoyed gardening, cooking, bowling, and ice skating. She was a fabulous dancer and enjoyed dancing on American Bandstand. She always continued to bust out her terrific dance moves anytime she heard a song she loved. Alice loved her cats, and especially loved her dogs and horses. She treasured time spent with family and friends.<br> <br>Alice was the beloved wife of Thomas G. Shepherd, having just celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on June 13th. She was the devoted mother of Susan Cunnane (husband J.J.) and Deborah Shepherd. She was loving grandmother of Sabrina, Aidan, Curran, Luke and Declan Cunnane. She was the dear sister of Charles Beck (wife Maryann), and the late Albert Beck Jr. (late wife Floss), Paul Beck and George Beck. Alice is survived by her sisters-in-law Francis and Peggy Ann, several cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.<br> <br>A memorial gathering will be held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 235 E.
