Walter "Sonny" A. Landry
<p><span style="font-size:14px;">Walter A. Landry, “Sonny,” 85, of Burrillville, RI passed away on June 21, 2022, at the Milford Regional Health Center. Born in Blackstone, MA, he was the son of the late Walter and Theresa (Ciccone) Landry.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">He was the loving husband of 50 years to Marilyn (Thayer) Landry.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">He worked for the Harmony Hills School Department in maintenance prior to retirement.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">Besides his wife Marilyn, he leaves behind his daughter, Sylvia wife of Scott Dunster and a son, Kenneth Landy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">He was the loving grandfather of eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">He is also survived by his sisters, Rose Gilson and Carol Landry.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">He was preceded in death by his sisters, Arlene Fenner and Joanne Laferriere.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 1496 Victory Hwy., Oakland, RI.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022, from 6 – 8:00 PM.
