Barbara Jewell Truitt, 78, of Alma, AR passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 in her home. She was a homemaker. She was born July 8, 1943 in San Angelo, TX to the late Johnny and Johnnie (Burke) Boatright. Barbara was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Boatright and a great grandchild, Lilly Hutchins.

A visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2022 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR. Cremation and services are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Clyde Truitt of the home; children, Brent Cardwell of Ft. Smith, Missy Hutchins and husband Don of Mulberry, Kim Cardwell of Ft. Smith, Mindy Sharpe of Greenwood, Lloyd Cardwell and wife Karen of Greenwood, Lisa Garetener and husband Gary of Springdale, Julie Jackson and husband Barry of Greenbrier and Steve Truitt of Sperry, OK; grandchildren, Brandon Cardwell, Jessica Raleigh, JR Hutchins, Landon Cardwell, Hunter Cardwell, Zackary Cardwell, Chris Truitt, Jamie Truitt, Benjamin Thomas, Matthew Thomas, Laura Long, Katelyn Jackson, Dallas Jackson and Paige Nobles; 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
