Tonya Louise Rassman, 59, of Carrollton, KY passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Signature Healthcare Carrollton.  She was born on February 18, 1963, in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY to Raymond C. and Carole Ann Griffin Meadows.  Tonya was an in-home babysitter for many years and was a former member of the Carrollton Younger Women’s Club.

Survivors include her husband: Allen Rassman, two daughters: Kendra Rae (Matt) Dalton of Sanders, KY, and Shauna Marie (Johnny) Beach of Patriot, IN, two sisters: Cheryl Lynn Buchanan and Kelley Rae (Don) O’Brien, both of Carrollton, KY and four grandchildren: Hunter Dalton, Kayden Dalton, Gunner Dalton and Brody Beach.  She is preceded in death by her parents.
