Geneva Grace Johnson Standefer, age 85 of Dunlap, TN passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at NHC Healthcare. She was a member of Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Allie Myers Johnson; husband, Hershel Standefer; son, Lamar Standefer; sisters, Barbara Turner and Nanette Miller; brothers, Woodrow Johnson, Jr., and Phillip Lamar Johnson. She is survived by her children, Rhonda (Terry) Frizzell, Joy Inman and Leah (Mike) McGrady; sisters, Betty (Norman) Laymon and Lynda Frizzell; 2 grandchildren, Dain Frizzell and Alecia (Dwayne) Wright; step-granddaughters, Melinda (Darryl) Otto and Marica McGrady; 3 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Ewton Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Elder Mike McGrady officiating. Burial will follow in Cagle - Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Ewton Funeral Home & Cremation Center in charge of arrangements.

Geneva was the most beautiful soul to have walked the earth. I was blessed to be graced with her love, she was kind and compassionate but was never afraid show her fiery side. I love you so much gran-granโค๏ธ Pictured is Geneva with her great great grandson.
