Stevie Cardwell age 64 of Hardyville passed away Thursday morning at his home. He was the son of the late Odis & Doris Jean Leonard Cardwell. Stevie was a sheet metal journeyman with local 110.He was a simple man and a hard worker. Stevie is survived by his wife Peggy; three sons Michael Stephen Cardwell, Jr., John Ray Cardwell & Shane Michael Cardwell; one daughter Peggy Jo "Sweet Pea: Susenbach; two sisters Susan Hall and Sally Bell; 13 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren also survive.A graveside service for Stevie Cardwell will be 10:30am Friday, June 24th at the Walters Community Cemetery. The family request that memorial contributions be given to the American Cancer Society. Sego Funeral Home is conducting the service.
