Mrs. Charles Evelyn (Baby Sister) Kilpatrick passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of West Tampa, 1302 North Willow Avenue, Tampa, FL 33607 with Reverend Dr. Rayford Harper, Officiating. Interment will follow in Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.

Baby Sister was born in Tallahassee (Capitola), FL on July 29, 1936, she graduated from Lincoln High School and attended Florida A&M University both in Tallahassee, FL. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of West Tampa. She retired from General Telephone and Electronics (now Verizon Communications) as a Customer Representative.

Those left to cherish her memory include: her husband of 63 years, Eugene (Kill) Franklin Kilpatrick, Sr; five sons, Bernard (Cheryl) Footman of Chattanooga, TN, Eugene Franklin Kilpatrick, Jr., Raymond Kilpatrick, Shannon (Sharon) Kilpatrick, and Morris (Vanetta) Kilpatrick, all of Tampa, FL; sisters, T. Lorraine (Precious) Barnes, of Tallahassee, FL., and Thelma Iretta Green of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Jerrod Leigertwood, Alonzo Kilpatrick, Eugene (Max) Kilpatrick III, Staff Sergeant Nicholas Kilpatrick, Craig Kilpatrick, Lauren Kilpatrick, Christian Footman, Aijalon Kilpatrick, Jadon Kilpatrick, Jada Kilpatrick, Marvin Johnson, Sharronte' Sams, LaTia Deravil and Gwyn Deravil; special caregiver, Mirian Villalon for being there until her sunset; and a host of nephews, nieces, great grandchildren, neighbors, and friends.

The visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2022, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.  MASK RECOMMENDED.
