Bobby was born Nov. 3, 1950, at Healdton to the late Calvin Jackson Mauldin, Sr. and Irene Grace (Strawn) Mauldin. He departed this life on Tuesday June 21, 2022 in Norman.

Bobby was raised in Healdton graduating from Healdton High School in 1969. His class voted him "most likely to succeed”. He was very active in track and football in his high school years. At this time, he was employed at Thompson’s Theater of Healdton. After his high school graduation, he studied accounting at East Central College in Ada. He then transferred to Southeastern State College at Durant and graduated in 1973 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

After working at Brady Welding and Machine Shop for a short while, he gained employment as an accountant for Sunoco in Tulsa. His division later restructured and renamed Oryx which relocated his residence to Dallas. Bobby retired in 2017 from Headington Oil Co. and then returned to his hometown of Healdton.

Throughout his years, Bobby never missed any of his family’s life events. He immensely enjoyed traveling and was the best "Uncle Bob”, his nieces and nephews could ever ask for.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Mauldin, Sr., Clarence Stewart and Irene Mauldin Stewart and brother, Calvin "Jack" Mauldin, Jr.

Survivors include his loving sister, Sandra Mauldin Fink and husband Bill, of Oklahoma City; sister-in-law, Linda Mauldin of San Antonio; Uncle Bill Strawn; and Aunt Florence Strawn, both of Duncan; numerous nieces and nephews who include, John "J.D.", Adam, Caroline, Derika and Travis "T-Man"; as well as great niece and nephew, Abigail and Jackson.
