Joseph Russell Vincent, 90 of Naples, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Joseph was a resident of Arden Heights, Staten Island before relocating to Florida. Born September 4 th 1931 in Manhattan, New York, He was the son of the late John and Louise Vicinanza. Joseph worked for the New York City Police Department for 34 before his retirement achieving the rank of Inspector. He was a loving father and cherished friend to many. His guidance and loving support to his family will be sorely missed. He leaves behind his three sons John, Joseph and Russell as well as daughters Valerie and Donna. He was preceded in passing by his wife Rosemarie V. Smith- Vincent August 11, 1944 - January 3, 2021 Family will receive visitors at Naples Funeral Home on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at 11:30AM on Monday, June 27, 2022, at Saint Agnes Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Palm Royale Cemetery.
