<p>Martha E. Thomas, 83, of Chester, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Weirton Medical Center, following a lengthy illness.</p> <p>Born August 23, 1938, in Steubenville, OH., she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Marie Wolfe Eddy. She was also preceded death by her siblings, Violet McLean, Charles &ldquo;Bud&rdquo; Eddy, Ruth Corder, Eugene Eddy, David Eddy, Raymond Eddy and Lucille Shirley.</p> <p>Martha was a graduate of Jefferson Union High School in Richmond, OH. She was employed at the former Waterford Park in the Mutuel Department, and she later retired from Mountaineer Racetrack and Casino.</p> <p>Martha was a member of the North Side Community Church in East Liverpool.</p> <p>She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Phillip Thomas and by numerous nieces and nephews.</p> <p>Pastor Larry Rose will celebrate Martha&rsquo;s life, Friday, June 24, 2022, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 5:00PM. Friends may visit with her family, from 3:00PM-5:00PM.&nbsp;</p>

Martha E. Thomas, 83, of Chester, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Weirton Medical Center, following a lengthy illness.

Born August 23, 1938, in Steubenville, OH., she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Marie Wolfe Eddy. She was also preceded death by her siblings, Violet McLean, Charles “Bud” Eddy, Ruth Corder, Eugene Eddy, David Eddy, Raymond Eddy and Lucille Shirley.
