Charles Brandt
Charles Brandt, 84, of Mt. Marion, died Sunday, June 19, 2022, at his home, surrounded by his family. Born in Kingston, he was a son of the late Harry & Cora Smith Brandt. He was a carpenter by trade and left his mark all over the county. There was nothing he could not fix or build. He was a kind and generous man and loved to help people. Charles is survived by his wife of 65 years, Judi Brandt of Mt. Marion, a son, Randy and his wife, Joanne of Alamogordo, NM, a daughter, Cheri Daniels of Saugerties, a son, Todd Brandt and his wife, Marabeth of Mt. Marion, two brothers, Roger Brandt, and Barry Brandt, two sisters, Shirley Golnick and Joyce Brandt, seven grandchildren, Scott, Matthew, Brett, Craig, Randy, Jennifer and Carly, three great grandchildren, Madison, Daniel and Charlotte. Many nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by a son Brian Brandt and 10 brothers and sisters. Funeral Service and interment will be privately held.
