Copley L. Tackett, 31, of Urbana, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022 in The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. Copley was born October 8, 1990 in Springfield, Ohio. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed video games and basketball. But most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Copley is survived by his mother, Sandra K. Potter; his father, Windle R. Tackett; fiancée, Kate Wood; daughters, Adrianna, Ivory and Nova Tackett and stepdaughter, Macee Pace; maternal grandparents, Phyllis McDaniel and John Potter; paternal grandmother, Sarah Tackett; brothers, Andrew Tackett and Jeremy (Diana) Tackett; several aunts & uncles including, Sherri Tackett, Connie Osborne, Barb (Mike) Carlson and Aaron Potter and nieces and nephews, Layla, Bryor and Luke as well as numerous cousins and extended family. He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather, William McDaniel and paternal grandfather, Windle Tackett. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held from 11-1 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, 2022 in the SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Mechanicsburg, Ohio.
